Bureau De Change and Guest Services |
I was only going to be in Calais for a few hours but I thought having some Euros would be useful so I only changed up a few pounds at the Bureau De Change. There was no commission to pay and I didn’t have to queue so it was much easier using the one on the ferry than using one back in the UK. ![]() The Bureau De Change had no commission fees
Ideally situated next to the Bureau De Change was the P&O Ferries Guest Services desk, so I asked how long we had until the ferry got to Calais to see if I could fit anything else in. The journey was about to end though as we were just entering the port in France, and by a handy coincidence the exit from the ferry for on-foot passengers was directly next to the Guest Services desk. ![]() The Guest Services desk
So I waited for the ferry to dock, exited the ferry and stepped foot on French land. Hello Calais! |
